Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Custom orders are final sale
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use - including opened boxes of candles

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS FOR RETURNS

How long does it take to receive a replacement product or store credit?

    You will receive a store credit immediately if you return the item in person. 

    Style Shack will mail you a store credit (in the form of a gift card) to be used at any time in-store only.  If you wish to purchase another item, we can do that over the phone and process the store credit. 

    Please note that return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact us prior to sending the item back so we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.

    How do you handle lost or damaged returns?

    We insure and track all orders.  Please call us if you do not receive your item.  We will follow up with our carrier.

    Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Do you make exceptions? Are there non-returnable items?

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Does Style Shack accept exchanges?
    We are happy to make an exchange for you - after we receive the returned item.  

    Are there refunds?
    Unfortunately, we do not issue any refunds.   We can assist you to make a product exchange.
